Mrs. Pooja Manoj Katkar has been conferred with  “Innovative Work by Engineering College Teacher Award” by ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) Maharashtra-Goa Section. The award was given to her at the hands of Hon’ble Mr.Pratapsinh Desai, President ISTE New Delhi, in the 14th ISTE Annual State Convention held at Bharti Vidhyapeeth University, College of Engineering, Pune, on 17th February 2017.  May 2020  Composites were manufactured with nonwoven  reinforcement. nonwovens were manufactured from glass, polyester, polypropylene fibres by needle punched technology. The resins used for composite manufacturing were polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy. These composites offer good load bearing capacity and other physical characteristics
